It's also expensive just for an emulator you know, might as well get a 16 (save it seriously) and use it for music and other random stuff. Videos, games, whatever.

Also the new 3rd gen iPhone and iPod touchs have a new bootrom so you can't untether jailbreak it, meaning you have to rejailbreak it (takes like 1 minute) everytime you turn off your ipod touch.

But if they come with 3.1.3 firmware then I think you have to wait for the jailbreak to be released, as it hasn't been 'cracked' yet.

Yeah they cracked it I checked, so just don't turn it off. It's super easy to redo it if you do (because eventually it'll crash at sometime and you'll have to) , you don't lose anything and stuff and it takes like 30 seconds.
